Rural Bank of Paete, Inc. was granted its Certificate of Authority to Operate by the Central Bank of the Philippines (now the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas) on July 6, 1966. The Bank's principal office is located at the corner of J. Rizal and J.V. Quesada Streets (formerly General Luna Street), Paete, Laguna.
The Bank started with an initial paid-in capital of ₱100,000.00, contributed by eight (8) incorporators:
